About Rushmoor Homes
Rushmoor Homes Ltd was set up in 2020 by Rushmoor Borough Council to take ownership of council owned properties and land to develop for housing. The company’s focus is to provide good quality, energy efficient homes for rent which are let, managed and maintained by our managing agent Leaders Romans Group, and to become a trusted landlord for our residents.
We are committed to improving the amount and quality of private rented homes in Rushmoor, aiming to deliver between 50 and 60 new rented homes over the next three years and supporting the council’s need for affordable and temporary accommodation where applicable / appropriate.

Sustainability and going green
In summer 2019, Rushmoor Borough Council declared a climate emergency. We are committed to helping Rushmoor Borough Council with their pledge to work towards a greener and more sustainable future.
When creating our homes, by developing unused sites and refurbishing existing buildings, we will help contribute to the sustainable regeneration of the borough.
We are also dedicated to creating sustainable homes through our development programme focussing on energy efficiency, conserving natural resources such as water, and creating durable buildings with low maintenance costs.
The letting experience for our customers is important to us. We know it can be a daunting experience, especially if you are renting for the first time, so we want to ensure that things go smoothly for you; from your initial enquiry and moving in through to getting any repairs sorted out quickly.
The Rushmoor Homes team is focused on securing more great properties for people to rent while our partner agent Romans takes care of letting and managing them. Romans are a highly regarded local agent and members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
